Unidirectional vibrating screens
VDP Series
Unidirectional Vibration Screens VDP series are characterized by a great ease of use and a extremely reduced maintenance need. Perfectly suited as dewatering screens are normally used in cycloning systems and sand recovery systems, to separate solid sands from their water content.

Main construction specifications
- Vibrating structure
heavy duty and with great rigidity. All components are joined together by bolts (no welding, to avoid any chance of cracks) or welded, depending on the device size. In case of welded components, all the device is subject to a hot stress relief process before final assembly.
- Vibrating assembly
made by two counter-rotating electric vibrators, to obtain a uni-directional vibration.
- Eccentric Masses,
tunable to fit the vibration amplitude as a function of the material gradation.
- Support system
harmonic Iron spring coils or elastomer mount swing bars, depending on the applications and the dimension of the device.
- Screening decks
lined with urethane pnels with variable drainage openings; the choice of opening geometry depends on the application.

Optional
- Washing plant applied on all screening decks. It consists of two distribution tubes (collectors) and a series of washing pipes, connected to the collector by rubber hoses. Each washing pipe is equipped with a series of special nozzles and a control gate valve to allow a differentiated dosage of water on the various area of the screen.
- Base frame designed to heavy duty and high rigidity to correctly support the vibrating mass, complete with support legs and fixture paltes.
