ANV Series

ANV series vibrating secondary feeders are particularly suitable for the extraction and dosing of materials with standard moisture content from hoppers and silos.
Consisting of a floating channel with unidirectional vibration, generated by two counter-rotating electromechanical vibrators; feeders are supplied complete with support frame with suspension springs, side containment, and counterweight gates to tune the feeding rate.
The ease of use and low maintenance required make this machines the perfect choice in feeding and metering applications.


Main construction specifications

- Feeding hopper
remarkably strong in contruction, attached by bolts to the loading Hopper. It has an anti-wear lining at the sliding area of the floating plate.

- Vibrating structure
made by wear resistant heavy duty steel plate.

- Vibrating assembly
made by two counter-rotating electric vibrators.

- Eccentric Masses
tunable to select the correct vibration amplitude as a funcion of the feeding gradation and screening dimensions.

- Support system
harmonic Iron spring coils or elastomer mount swing bars, depending on the applications and the dimension of the device

- Lubrication
