Free vibration Screens
VPE Series
VPE Series circular free vibrating screens are characterized by a wide use range and high efficiency.
These screens are particularly suitable for use in secondary screening operations (coarse materials screening) immediately downstream of the primary crushers and/or immediately upstream of secondary crushers.
The ease of use and the reduced maintenance required make it the ideal machines to use in aggregate screening operations.

Main construction specifications
- Vibrating structure
heavy duty and with great rigidity. All components are joined together by bolts (no welding, to avoid any chance of cracks). It is equipped with extended side walls (if compared to similar models of finishing screens) to prevent, due to the coarse size of feeding material, the leaking of stones out the top side of the screen itself.

- Eccentric masses
tunable to select the correct vibration amplitude as a funcion of the feeding gradation and screening dimensions.
- Support system
harmonic Iron spring coils or elastomer mount swing bars, depending on the applications and the dimension of the device
- Screening deks
perforated metal sheets or rubber lined metal sheets or urethane panels.
- Lubrication
grease or Oil bath, depending on the application (ask for more details).
- Electric motor
with motor self-tensioning seat, to maintein the correct tensioning force applied over time.
- Base frame
designed to heavy duty and high rigidity to correctly support the vibrating mass, complete with support legs and fixture paltes.

Optional
- Washing plant applied on all screening decks. It consists of two distribution tubes (collectors) and a series of washing pipes, connected to the collector by rubber hoses. Each washing pipe is equipped with a series of special nozzles and a control gate valve to allow a differentiated dosage of water on the various area of the screen.

- full deep hot galvanization of all components (but the mechanicla machined ones)
