Secondary reciprocating feeder
ANC Series

Secondary reciprocating feeders, ANC series, are particularly suitable to extract from hoppers and silos materials with a high moisture content and fines (stitching materials..).
Consisting of a plate with reciprocating motion, sliding on rollers within guide rails, are provided with variable stroke adjustment, and a counterweight gate, in order to adapt the layer of extraction material, in order to tune the feed rate to the application.

Main construction specifications

- Feeding hopper
remarkably strong in contruction, attached by bolts to the loading Hopper. It has an anti-wear lining at the sliding area of the trolley bottom plate.

- Sliding Trolley
made with extremely robust frame and equipped with wear plate in correspondence to the sliding surfaces of the material.

- Motor package
it consists of an electric motor equipped with forced ventilation, belts, pulleys, oil lubricated gearbox, eccentric shaft with adjustable stroke and connecting rod to the trolley by means of an elastic joint.

- Lubrication
grease

- Safety Guards
standard to protect all moving parts, to avoid any risk of injuries.
