SCREENS

The screens by B.S.I. are the result of more than thirty years of experience and continuous technological improvement and field testing. Thanks to its Research and Development Department, the most recent technologies available on the market are adopted on all screening device in order to increase their specific performances for each type of machine.

As a result, B.S.I.'s series of vibrating screens use advanced elastic elements in place of traditional steel or rubber springs, the rotating screens are equipped with technology for continuous rotation control, the mechanical components have been recalculated using finite element methods. The final result is: increased performance, reliability and safety, reduced maintenance costs and plant downtime.

The current state of the art engineering applied to screening has led to the development of mobile screening plants, removable and containerised plants. The so-called "Mobile Screening" are part of a modular construction strategy that is growing in the market and customer use.
